School Will observe Physical Fitness and Sports Month for different Classes:
Grade 1st – 5th (Different Body Movement Activiies)
Grade 6th – 10th (Game rule and methodology of Badminton, Vollyball, Basketball, Track and Fileds, Olympic Rules etc)
Grade 11th – 12th ( Physical fitness, Alcohol awareness, Stress managment, Strength Training, Fitness Rule)
