CRM (customer relationship management) is the combination of practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. The goal is to improve customer service relationships, assist with customer retention and drive sales growth.

The CRM admission in done thrice in a academic year and the course duration of each batch is 06 months. The students will have to appear in theory as well as practical examination at the end of the academic session.

Sanchetna Public School had established Domestic Customer Relationship and Management Lab. The CRM Lab is designed to intake 30 students in one batch, where individual student can have access to the support system and can attend the individual session with any peer in the group.

Types of relationship manager jobs:

A relationship Manager is usually an entry-level position for management graduates and postgraduates. There are mainly two job roles for Relationship Managers:

Service Relationship Manager: Responsible to resolve any issues of existing customers as well as throw new products.

Acquisition Manager: Accountable for bringing in new customers to an organization.
