Provisional Admission

a) A student who has not passed the qualifying examination but has been placed under compartment/RLL. etc in annual examination may be given provisional admission but the admission shell be confirmed only if he/she successful in his/her imposition till the annual examination of course for which he/she is enrolled.

b) Subjected to time period prescribed, the admission of a student migrating from other school/board shall be treated as provisional and shell only be confirmed when he/she will produce certificate, certificate of good conduct from the head of the school lastly attended by him/her.

c) The admission of student against whom a case of unfair means is pending will also be provisional.

Refusal of Admission

a) Student who has been expelled or restricted shall not be admitted to any course of study or class with out approval of First Class Magistrate / SDM or any other competent authority.

b) A student who has more than one year gap in his/her study will not be admitted to any course of study/class without the submission of an affidavit that must be shown in before class First magistrate. Only the limited number of students will be admitted in each class and this will not exceed 20 in each section.

c) The last date of admission is 30th May normally and no admission will be granted thereafter.

Bases of Admission

The bases of admission in any course of study will be merit and open to all i.e. without any reservation Viz: SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH etc.

Cancellation of Admission

a) Admission will be cancelled at any time if it is found that he / She has furnished incorrect information or has suppressed facts to secure admission.

b) Admission of student shell be cancelled if he/she misbehaves or does not observe the decorum or indulges in antisocial acts during his / her period of stay in the school.

How to apply for admission

a) The application for admission to any standard shall be made only on prescribed “Application form for Admission” that can be obtained from the Principal Office of the School Or can be downloaded from the School web site www.sanchetnaeducation.com.

b) The application form should comprise of the documents enlisted here under (all documents should be unattested and listed in following order).

1. Admission Form

2. Date of Birth Certificate in original / School Leaving certificate / Xcopy of Matriculation Marksheet.

3. Character Certificate from the school lastly attended.

4. Migration Certificate ( in Original) in case of the candidate who has passed the qualifying exam from board, other than H.P. Board.

5. Detail marks card of previous class passed.

Admission to the Nursery Wing

a) Eligibility:- The candidate who is at least 3 year old is eligible for the admission to the LKG class in the Sanchetna Public School.

b) Registration:- Admission of candidate to LKG class is should be made on the bases of counseling of the parents and the registration of the candidate for the admission. The registration of the candidate can be made at the official web site of the School i.e. www.sanchetnaeducation.com  after the month of November to march. The parents go through the counseling in the month of March.

c) Documents at the time of Admission:- All the selected student should produce the original Date of Birth certificate from the Panchyat/Hospital or Registrar otherwise their admission will be considered as provisional for six months and after that his/her admission will be treated as canceled.

Admission Procedure for Higher Wing Classes

a) Eligibility:- All the bonafide student of the school are eligible for the admission to the next class, if they successfully passed the annual examination conducted by the School/Board Authorities. The outside students who wants to seek the admission in particular class in Sanchetna Public Sen. Sec. School will have to go through the Admission Test. On the bases of performance in admission Test his/ her admission will be decided by the admission committee. In case the admission committee rejected the candidature of the candidate then no request will be considered by admission.

b) Admission Test:- the admission test will based on the Objective and subjective type questions of previous class passed by the candidate.

10 + 1 Engineering / Medical Group

(a) Compulsory Subjects:- English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biology

(b) Optional Subjects :- Information Practices, Physical Education, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Hindi, History

c) Eligibility :- Matriculation from H. P. Board of School Education Dharamsala/ C. B. S. E. or any other board recognised in H. P. state with minimum of 50 % marks having Mathematics, Science and English as one of the compulsory subject.

d) Bases of Admission:-
The selection will be made strictly on the bases of merit. The merit is to be determined on the bases of marks obtained in the written test conducted by the Institute.

e) Entrance Test:-
i) The bases of admission is the entrance test conducted by the School. The syllabi of the test will be the M.C.Q. types questions based on Phy., Chem., Maths and bio of the metric standard.

ii) Subjective type test consisting questions based on English comprehension.

10 + 1 Humanities Group

a) Compulsory Subjects:- English, Economics, History, Hindi, Pol. Science, Accountancy, Philosophy and Psychology

b) Optional Subjects :- Information Practices, Physical Education, Mathematics

c) Eligibility :- Matriculation from H. P. Board of School Education Dharamsala/ C. B. S. E. or any other board recognised in H. P. state with minimum of 35 % marks having Mathematics, Science and English as one of the compulsory subject.

10 + 2 Engineering / Medical Group

a) Compulsory Subjects:- English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics /Biology

(b) Optional Subjects :- Information Practices, Physical Education, Biology, Mathematics, Economics, Hindi, History

c) Eligibility :- Matriculation from H. P. Board of School Education Dharamsala/ C. B. S. E. or any other board recognised in H. P. state with minimum of 50 % marks having Mathematics, Science and English as one of the compulsory subject.

d) Bases of Admission:-
All the bonafide students of 10+1 Engineering / Medical group can directly seek admission in 10 + 2 with same group. If the student is not the bonafide student of the school then he/ she will have to go through the entrance test conducted by the school at the time of admission and The selection will be made strictly on the bases of merit. The merit is to be determined on the bases of marks obtained in the written test conducted by the Institute.

e) Entrance Test:-

10 + 2 Humanities Group

All the bonafide students of 10+1 Humanity group can directly seek admission in 10 + 2 with same group.

Fee Detail

i) All the Students enrolled in SANCHETNA PUBLIC SCHOOL will have to pay the Annual charges and monthly fees according to the School norms. The fee detail can be confirmed for the particular class from the fee in-charge during the working hours of the School

ii) Every student will have to pay the examination fee during the examinations as decided by the examination committee of the school.

Mode of Payment

i) All annual fees and funds along with tuition fee will be accepted only at the fee counter of the school.

ii) The tuition fee will accepted quarterly for the lower classes and monthly for the higher classes.

iii) No fee shall be accepted in the form of money order / cheques.

iv) The candidates will have to deposit their fee, fine and funds last by the 8th of the month. After the said date late fee fine will charged according to the school norms.

Refund of Fee

i) If an applicant is not enrolled by the prescribed date because he / She has not paid full or part of the fee, amount paid by him / her will not be refunded.

ii) If an applicant is not enrolled because he /she has not submitted the required documents in support of his / her admission, by the last date fixed for the purpose or has submitted the bogus documents, his / her fee shall not be refunded.

iii) If in any case the regular admission of the candidate is not confirmed because of the ineligibility, the fee paid by him/her will not be refunded.
